Fred Ryan, founder/CEO of Jade Road Design and Sourcing LLC (Jade Road), along with William Babuschak, president of Jade Road, has appointed Gregory Simone as vice president of business development.

The Jade Road organization is a full turnkey supplier headquartered in Monroe, CT, with facilities and teams in both Asia and the U.S. The company caters to the cosmetic industry and offers the entire turnkey opportunity, with all components made in Jade Road partner facilities.

Jade Road produces over 250 items widely distributed worldwide in the Prestige and Masstige marketplace.

Simone has over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a strong emphasis on glass and plastic manufacturing. His career is worldwide, having been the former president/COO of Bormioli Rocco and Piramal Glass as well as holding executive positions at Saint Gobain and Uni-President Glass. In addition, he consulted for Pasabache in Istanbul, Pacific Glass in South Korea, and Heinz Glass in the U.S. He also served as vice president/chief marketing officer for ATP (now CPP). He will focus his efforts at Jade Road on approaching new companies to further their packaging and turnkey rollout to the industry.
